Recently, we held our first Whole School Cross Country Carnival – and what an incredible day it was!
From our youngest Foundation students to our Year 6 leaders, every single child participated with enthusiasm, determination and a big smile.
It was wonderful to see our school values come to life throughout the day. Children supported one another with cheers, encouragement and kindness, showing what it means to be a caring and connected school community.
Whether they were running their hearts out, jogging with friends or walking to the finish line, everyone gave it their best.
Staff and parents also joined in the fun, walking alongside students, cheering from the sidelines, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. The event wasn’t just about racing – it was about giving things a go, pushing through challenges, and celebrating personal achievements.
We finished the day by celebrating our super runners at assembly, acknowledging their incredible efforts and sportsmanship. It was a great moment to recognise the stamina of those who gave it their all – and to cheer once more as a school community.
We are so proud of the resilience, perseverance and positive attitude shown by all. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the day such a success, particularly Adam with his fantastic organisation.
Here’s to more fun and active whole-school events that bring us together!
